The Memento development team was able to directly implement our refined user interface design. Memento liked our work so much they hired us for a follow-on project - a redesign of their reporting feature. Memento needed a more intuitive approach, so non-technical users could easily generate reports. For this assignment, we followed a similar user-centered process.
By mapping out the steps users follow to create reports, we were able to turn a complex list of fields into a clean and simple design.
The Memento team provided input into the design each step of the way.
