REDESIGN THE INTERFACE :: simplify
the concept
We started this engagement by working with our client to identify the core steps
the user takes as they build, optimize, manage, and output data from the ROI model.
We analyzed the various task flows, and identified the actions the user might
need to take at any point in time. As a way to communciate this information in
an easy to understand way, we built a UML Activity Diagram. Throughout the engagement,
we continually referred back to this diagram to evaluate design decisions.
